Ben-a-fit Big Bench is a plateau busting bench press workout program
How much can you bench? This is the question that is most asked when people find out that you work out. This exercise has become the measurement of strength. If you have worked out for a while, at some point you reached a plateau that you are having a hard time getting past. This is a great program for anyone who wants a new, fun, challenging program to boost their bench press. Whether you are a competitive athlete, or just want to be stronger, this program is for you.
In this program you will not be using any intensity techniques like negatives, forced reps, or rest pause. You will just force the body to adapt to heavier weight each week. This is a 1 time a week program that only takes about 35 min to complete. This program is only for bench press, you can stick to your normal workout routine for you other muscle groups. You must first estimate your 1 rep max by using the 1 rep max calculator that is part of this program. Then this program will set you up with the right weight, goal reps, and time your rest between each set. This program starts you off with a weight that is comfortable, but gets harder every week by forcing the body to adapt to heavier loads. Once you can’t continue to get most of the goal reps with the extra weight, the reps will decrease so you can continue to shock the body with more weight.
This is a great program that really works. All the guess work is taken out. Each week you will know how much weight to use, how many sets to do, how many goal reps to perform, and exactly how much rest to get between sets for optimal results. It also comes with tips on how to get the most out of this program. It takes about 2-4 months to complete this program, depending upon how long you can continue to make progress. Once you are done with this program you will retest your 1 rep max, and the app will save your before and after. If you want you can go through this program again in 1 year based off your new estimated 1 rep max.
I wanted to come up with a program that was simple to follow, did not take a lot of time, and really worked. I didn’t want you to have to spend so much time on bench press that you had to neglect your other muscle groups. It also had to be a fun challenge, so you couldn’t wait each week to see if you could keep hitting your goals. That is what you are going to love about this program. No more just going to the gym and doing the same kind of workout and getting the same kind of results. This is a step by step program that forces your chest and supporting muscles to become bigger and stronger. This program is good for any experienced lifter, but works best with individuals who have a 1 rep max of at least 175 lbs.
